Dried Pears from Argentina

Argentina has a well recognized high quality production area for fresh pears williams variety. This product is focused in big quantities for the fresh table internal consumption, as well as for the export market mainly into Brazil. We have developed over the years, a very nice and unique sun dried pear halves, made from fresh fruit, clean, sound and mature, free of foreign matter and extraneous vegetable matter. The fruit is processed under Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in accordance with national standards, FSSC 22000, and the requirements of target markets.

The pear is a good source of soluble fiber, therefore not only acts as a regulator of intestinal function but also helps our body to eliminate cholesterol. It is rich in vitamin C, contain some of vitamin A, great amount of potassium and vitamin E. 

Pears are packed in 10 kg boxes under customer specs, in general with 20-22% moisture and 2000-
3000 PPM’s.
